Kenworth offers trucks from 250hp - 700hp with GCM ratings up to 250 tonnes.
In an effort to ensure optimum product specifications, PT Chakra Jawara works closely with the engineering departments of both IVECO and KENWORTH trucks. This close relationship with the respective engineering sections is to ensure that the products offered by both manufacturers meets the performance and durability requirements needed to operate successfully within the Indonesian transport industry irrespective of application. Further, the factory service and engineering personnel from both IVECO and KENWORTH all have many years of industry knowledge gained both locally and overseas. More importantly, they fully understand the harsh and often difficult operating conditions experienced throughout the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PT Chakra Jawara offers a comprehensive product support package to all clients that has been designed to maximize equipment productivity and utilization for both the IVECO and KENWORTH products. The Product Support Organization of Chakra Jawara consists of three (3) departments, Service, Parts and Training. All service personnel are skilled technicians and have successfully completed IVECO and KENWORTH product training courses.
In addition to trained technicians, a comprehensive 'Service Exchange' component program is available to all clients for both IVECO and KENWORTH trucks and includes such components as:
PT Chakra Jawara service personnel rebuild all 'Service Exchange' components at our Balikpapan Branch facility using only genuine spare parts and in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, ensuring that the rebuilt component specification is within the manufacturers recommended limits. In addition, PT Chakra Jawara can also offer clients an on-site guaranteed 'Fleet Maintenance Contract' for trucks and equipment, with a charge-out rate based on either engine hours worked or distance traveled in kilometers.
The Trakindo Group has a network of established branches (+/- 54 branches) throughout the country, all are operating with an integrated electronic Dealer Business System program designed to provide world class logistics and process management to the spare parts operations. PT Chakra Jawara as a member of the Trakindo Group, has incorporated both the IVECO and KENWORTH truck spare parts operations with those of the Trakindo Group. Client's can access parts for either IVECO or KENWORTH trucks from any Trakindo branch facility within Indonesia, providing clients with the largest parts and service network of any truck distributor in the country. To date Chakra Jawara has invested over U$D 3,600,000.00 in spare parts for both the IVECO and KENWORTH products With all parts inventory held in the Trakindo central warehouse facility in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.
PT Chakra Jawara has developed in conjunction with IVECO, KENWORTH and the Trakindo Training Center a number of product training programs that cover all aspects of truck servicing and maintenance as well as component rebuild procedures.
