Bari Hamami
PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

bari_h.jpgPrior to be elected as the new Trakindo President Director effective August 1, 2008, Bari had been formerly being the Administration Director for the company since 2002 where he was responsible for various function of company’s strategic aspects which covered inclusively Human Resources, Information, Communication Technology & (ICT), Corporate Purchasing, Safety Health and Environment, 6Sigma  corporate deployment, and also Corporate Communications.

After completing his dual Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Industrial Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, he continued to earn his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, New York, in 1995.  Immediately following his graduation, he then entered a Management Development Program at Caterpillar Inc., USA for 2.5 years where he was exposed into various functions of manufacturing & commercial aspects of the Caterpillar businesses. He returned to Indonesia in 1998, where he joined PT. Trakindo Utama as an Assistant to the General Manager of Mining Division. During that tenure he was also appointed as the Group’s SAP ERP implementation Project Manager which covered six (6) subsidiary companies within the group. During the corporate restructuring within PT. Trakindo Utama in 2001, he was appointed to become the administration Director.

During his tenure in the company, Bari has been really hands on in introducing and deploying the 6Sigma Methodology and the Balanced Scorecard philosophy throughout the organization. Nowadays, these process driven methodologies has been the cornerstone of the company’s Strategic Management development program and has become the standard way  of work within the company.

In addition to his current role at PT. Trakindo Utama, Bari also serves as one of the Tiara Marga Trakindo Group Council member (Parent company of PT. Trakindo utama) while also serves as  the director for two other subsidiary companies, namely PT. Chitra Paratama (michelin Tyre distributor) and PT. Mitra Solusi Telematika (an ICT support company).


Abdullah Juffry
Director and Chief Financial Officer 

abdullah_j.jpgAbdullah Juffry is currently holding the position of Director and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Trakindo in 1998 as a Finance Controller, and in 2001 was promoted to become the Finance Director, a position he retains until today.

Prior to joining Trakindo, the British-Certified Accountant who spent his professional career largely in the United Kingdom, was the Finance Controller of Balfour Kilpatrick Ltd, London, where he started working as a Contract Coordinator for its Indonesian branch. Educated in Jakarta and London, he has also held prior positions with several companies in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his major duties in managing the Strategic financial aspects of the company, he also holds the responsibility for managing the Legal & Risk Department along with the Commercial Department within the company.

Besides his duties within PT Trakindo Utama, Juffry also serves as the member of the TMT Group Council and also taking the role of The Group CFO. He also serves as a Commissioner in several other subsidiary companies within the TMT Group.

 

 

 


Ali R Alhabsyi
Director and Chief Operating Officer

ali_h.jpgAli R Alhabsyi is the Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Mining Operation. He joined Trakindo in 1993 as a Sales Development Manager, and working his way up to become the Director of Marketing in 2005. His last position before being appointed as the Director was the General Manager for National Mining Division mainly covering the Kalimantan, Sumatera & East Indonesia national Mining Operation.

During the Company’s Organization Realignment in August 2008, while retaining his Directorship position, his role was expanded to become one of the Chief Operating Officers mainly in charge for the Company’s Overall Mining Operations  and Product Support Divisions.
Having spent most of his adolescent times in the UK, he holds a degree in Economics, Politics, & Sociology from Hull University, and an MBA in International Business & Marketing from Aston University, United Kingdom. Prior to joining Trakindo, he has held various managerial positions at PT Cigna Indonesia and PT Garmak Motor (General Motors Distributor in Indonesia) up to the level of the General Manager.

 

 

 


Marshal Boseke
Chief Operating Officer

marshal_B.jpgMarshal Boseke joined Trakindo in 1979 as Machine Sales Representative. His tenure within the company has been mainly concentrated in the area of sales and marketing side of the business where he earned several strategic managerial positions in various Sales and marketing aspects of the business.

Up until 2008, he was the General Manager for the company’s Sumatra Area Division where he led the Division’s turnaround into becoming one of the respectable Division within the company through implementation of rigorous process improvements that led to several corporate recognitions & achievements.

During the Company’s Organization Realignment in August 2008, Marshal was elected to become one of the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the Sumatra, Java and East Indonesia Area Divisions while also accountable for leading the strategic Central Support Group of Power Systems, Rental Marketing and Machine Marketing Departments.

Marshal, earned a Diploma in Management Development Program from the Asian Institute of Management, Philippines in 1996.

 

 

 


Ivan S.T Tulong
Chief Operating Officer

ivan_t.jpgPrior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer – Kalimantan Operation effective August 1, 2008, Ivan Tulong served as the General Manager of Kalimantan Area Division, one of the largest territorial operation within the company .

Ivan spent his early career within the Machine Application Department but devoted large of his professional career in East Indonesia & Kalimantan region, and working his way up from various operation managerial positions as Regional Business Manager, General Operation Manager, up to General Manager of Kalimantan Area Division.

He graduated from Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Management  in 1989 and spent to work with several companies straight after college before joining PT Trakindo Utama in 1990 as an Executive Trainee.

As the Chief Operating Officer, his responsibilities include all aspects of Strategic leadership for all aspects of the operational functions within the Kalimantan Area Operation.

 

 

 


Handoko Santoso
Chief Administration Officer

handoko_j.jpgHandoko Santoso was promoted to become the Chief Administration Officer of the company effective August 1, 2008. In his current role he is responsible to lead various strategic departments, namely Human Resources & Development (HR&D), Information, Communication & Technology (ICT), Corporate Purchasing, Safety Health and Environment, Office of Strategic Management (OSM), and also Corporate Communications

Handoko spent his career largely in the Mining operation side of the business while successfully held various managerial positions within the Mining division. In 2006, Handoko was appointed as the General Manager of East Indonesia Area Division, a position he held until he was promoted to become the CAO.

His career at Trakindo started in 1990 when he joined the Company’s Executive Trainee program.
Before pursuing his career in Trakindo, he worked at PT Cold Rolling Mill Indonesia for 3 years to the level of Supervisor.

Handoko earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Atmajaya University , Jakarta in 1987.
