­TrakindoNews. PT Trakindo Utama together with PT Bank CIMB Niaga held a customer gathering in order to promote their partnership in heavy equipment financing.
Through this partnership, recommended Trakindo costumers will obtain priority financing from CIMB Niaga.

The event was held in the Financial Hall, Graha Niaga, Monday, June 22, 2009, attended by Trakindo customer from various Trakindo operational areas, such as Borneo, Sumatra, East Indonesia and Java. CIMB Niaga also invited their marketing teams from various branches in Indonesia to join the Trakindo Marketing and Sales Team.
The event was also attended by the Trakindo Chief Operating Officer, Marshal Boseke; Trakindo Chief Operating Officer, Ivan S. Tulong, and Trakindo Financial Controller, Dody Rachmat, who represented the Director and CFO, Abdullah Juffry who could not attend the event that morning.

The CIMB Niaga Management was represented by Business Banking Director, Handoyo Soebali, and Business Area Manager, Ign. Koeswidyantoro. One of the programs at the Customer Gathering was a talk show with the theme "Mining Industrial Outlook in Indonesia" led by the resource person Peter Du Toit, Machine Marketing Department Head of Trakindo, and Yuki N. Kohar, Business & Development Group Head of CIMB Niaga, and moderated by Intianto DS, Industrial Marketing Manager of Trakindo.

The customers asked Peter Du Toit and Yuki N. Kohar a number of questions and the discussion became very lively when the audience asked about financing for the purchase of new heavy equipment. After the talk show, both speakers presented mementos to each other as symbols of strengthening present and future collaboration. The Visit of the CIMB Niaga Management to Trakindo Facilities On the following day, as acontinuation of the collaboration between the two companies, approximately 30 people - members of the marketing management team from CIMB Niaga, paid a visit to the Trakindo facilities in Cileungsi. The CIMB Niaga team listened to a presentation on Heavy Equipment Risk Management, Industrial Outlook for Mining, Forestry, Agriculture, and Construction given by the Industrial Marketing Team.

The CIMB Niaga also visited PT Natra Raya, a joint company of PT Trakindo Utama and Caterpillar, and at the end of the event, the Trakindo Machine Application and Sales Support Team performed a heavy equipment demonstration in the demo area of the Training Center, Cileungsi. Poppy Irmasari, the Product Development Manager of CIMB Niaga, expressed her appreciation to the Trakindo Team for improving their knowledge about heavy equipment as a preparation for the CIMB Niaga Marketing Team to understand financing in this area. The partnership is expected to provide substantial benefits to both companies.
