A Dynamometer Test Bench capable of testing units up to 2,000 kW is now standard for all Trakindo workshops. The Dynamometer Test Bench can trace any error in the rebuild process and quickly identify which component requires repair before reinstallation in the chassis, ensuring that every rebuilt engine meets factory specifications.

Every major Trakindo branch is equipped with a Transmission and Hydraulic Test Bench to check that rebuilt transmission systems and hydraulic components meet factory specifications. Adjustments to transmission systems and hydraulic pumps previously had to be done at the factory, but can now be performed at a Trakindo workshop. These field installation facilities minimize the need for repeated readjustments.

Trakindo's main workshops are equipped with specialized automatic welding equipment and presses for rebuilding worn undercarriage components to bring them up to original factory specifications. This service and the Custom Track Service (CTS) help keep down hourly costs.
