Trakindo Services Command Center (SCC) for Customers


PT Trakindo Utama (Trakindo) is always trying to improve our services to advance our customers forward. The presence of Services Command Center (SCC) is one of Trakindo’s commitments to fulfill customer’s needs.

On 2 March 2020, Trakindo Balikpapan opened SCC aiming to improve services to customers, especially retail customers. At the opening, Region Manager Balikpapan Trakindo Iwan Hari Sulistio hopes that Trakindo Balikpapan becomes more responsive to increase customer satisfaction in the Northern Kalimantan area.

Furthermore, on 7 April 2020, SCC Banjarmasin was opened by Southern Kalimantan General Manager Trakindo Ario Wirawan who was also attended by employees at Trakindo Banjarmasin. By continuing to implement the existing health protocols, attendees wore masks and performed physical distancing as an effort to suppress the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The opening of the Banjarmasin SCC was also attended online by all branches in the Southern Kalimantan area.

Trakindo Makassar also held a soft opening of SCC Makassar on 3 June 2020. The opening was marked by cutting the ribbon ceremony by General Manager East Indonesia Area Trakindo Tema S Mendrofa together with Region Manager Makassar Trakindo Edi Santoso. Physical distancing as well as other health protocols such as using masks are still being carried out. Chief Operating Officer Trakindo Roni Setyawan was also present online, along with Branch Head Sorong Trakindo Rahmat Djumena and Branch Head Ternate Trakindo Happy Kaseside who also provided support for the opening of the SCC Makassar.

COVID-19 pandemic did not prevent Trakindo from continuously providing effortless and secure services for our customers.
